Job Title: Supervisor 2pm 10pm

Kinetic Industrial are supporting a leading medical services provider in the recruitment of a Production Supervisor. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm. You will be working this afternoon shift constantly so please be sure that you are able to work these hours before applying.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily decontamination and sterilisation operations, ensuring work is completed safely and to strict quality standards
  • Supervise and support the team to deliver on production targets and performance goals
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and Quality Management System (QMS) standards
  • Maintain and monitor quality assurance records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Support the Production Manager with planning, organisation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high standards across all operations
  • Provide staff training and ensure all colleagues are informed and compliant with health and safety procedures

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience within a production or healthcare environment
  • Educated to a good general standard with strong numerical and communication skills
  • Basic IT skills - able to use track and traceability systems confidently
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach to work
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure

Job Details

  • £30,134.00 per annum
  • Overtime and unsociable hours allowances available
  • 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
