Overview
As a Supervisor, you will take dedicated responsibility to monitor & manage the back of house & specific sales area to drive commercial success.
Responsibilities
- Support store management in preparing appraisals for selling team
- Responsible for coaching & developing team members
- Responsible for implementing provided training tools
- Responsible for conducting product & sales related trainings (e.g. 7 Steps to Sales Success etc.)
- Responsible for measuring training performance of store team (e.g. online trainings, face to face trainings etc.)
- Responsible for implementing & following all provided Collection Training & VM Guidelines
- Responsible for merchandise availability
- Responsible for maintaining overall stock management & movement in stockroom & on sales area
- Responsible for implementing action plans to achieve individual & team results
- Build & maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors & local markets
- Responsible for establishing a client centric mindset to ensure client experience
- Responsible for CRM data gathering & quality management
- Responsible for transaction, complaint & return handling
- Responsible that all company policies & procedures are followed (Health & Safety, Store Operations Manual, Retail Teamwear etc.)
- Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
- Responsible for all operations for loss prevention

- Experience in a similar position where the ability to meet & exceed targets has been demonstrated
- Previous experience in coaching, training & developing team members
- Brand Knowledge & the ability to represent the brands attributes
- Commercial mindset
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business
- Experience in networking & building relationships
- Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
- Willingness to constantly learn & develop
- Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand
- Fluent in a second language would be an advantage (spoken & written)
