The Role
Join The Restaurant Group as a Supervisor and help us deliver unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll:
- Manage operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Uphold high standards across all sections
- Train and support team members
- Protect security and enforce procedures
- Cover shifts across all areas (including early airport shifts starting as early as 3am)
- Assist in ongoing staff training and development

Requirements & Expectations
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has great people skills (guests are the top priority!)
- Is organised, multi-tasking, and proactive under pressure
- Can maintain positivity in a fast-paced airport environment
- Is flexible, as shifts may start as early as 3am
- Can provide a 5-year work, education, or personal reference
- Undergoes a criminal record check (standard for hospitality)
