Supervisor – KIKO Milano

As a Supervisor at KIKO Milano, you're a brand ambassador, people leader, and commercial driver. You work closely with the Store Manager to ensure exceptional customer experiences, meet sales targets, and lead a high-performing, engaged team.

You play a critical role in bringing KIKO's brand vision to life, fostering excellence in the store—through coaching, driving KPIs, and taking full responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is unavailable.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who is passionate about beauty, retail performance, and the development of others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the standard on the shop floor as a role model for customer experience, service, and brand representation
  • Coach, motivate, and inspire the team to meet individual and store performance targets
  • Develop team skills through:
    • Product knowledge
    • Make-up application techniques
    • Customer engagement & selling tactics
  • Train, onboard, and support new and existing team members for continuous growth
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture aligned with KIKO’s values
  • Act as a trusted leader and escalation point in the absence of the Store Manager

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
