Designed in London, made for the world - Self-Portrait believes in celebrating and empowering the women in the clothes. Femininity ensured by elegant functionality, reflecting a sincere engagement and appreciation for a contemporary way of life. We are currently looking for full-time Supervisor at our Bicester Village Boutique.

Responsibilities
- Maintaining customer database and helping to manage outreach and VIP strategy.
- Support training, managing and developing of the sales team.
- Support management of staff motivation by suggesting creative incentives & follow up.
- Consistently maintain personal grooming standards and that of the team.
- Ensure all stock is ticketed correctly and conforms to VM standards.
- Respond effectively to customer questions and resolve issues on the floor.
- Ensure security procedures are followed to prevent stock loss.
- Maintain key information on the Self-Portrait customer, including recent purchases, key dates etc.
- Excellent selling skills and styling technique.
- Able to lead by example and pass these skills on to team through training and on the spot feedback.
- Act as role model for extraordinary service.
- Notify Self-Portrait customers about new product arrivals that match their preferences.
- Any other duties as directed by Store Manager.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail is preferred, either in Supervisor or Keyholder role.
- Confident, professional and personable attitude.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to offer style advice.
- Immaculately presented, eloquent and well spoken.
- Own personal style and passionate about current trends.
- Flexible availability.
