Supervisor | Fashion Retail | Greenwich, London | £30,000

Are you an experienced Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Sales Assistant looking for your next opportunity within fashion retail?

We are recruiting for a Supervisor to join a successful and growing fashion retail business at The O2, Greenwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate retail professional who enjoys leading a team, driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day running of the store, leading from the front, achieving sales targets and maintaining excellent retail standards.

The Supervisor Role

As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting store performance and developing the retail team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Supporting the achievement of sales targets and KPI performance
  • Coaching and developing team members
  • Creating an engaging customer experience
  • Maintaining strong visual merchandising and store standards
  • Supporting stock management, deliveries and replenishment
  • Assisting with training and onboarding new colleagues
  • Supporting store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Senior Sales Assistant or Assistant Manager within retail
  • Experience within fashion retail, lifestyle retail, footwear, accessories, beauty or premium retail
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Experience leading and motivating a team
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
