Role: Supervisor (Hourly Rate: £12.81)
Role Overview
As a Supervisor at JD Sports, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the shop floor, upholding high service standards, and maintaining store performance. You’ll lead by example during every shift, guide colleagues, and collaborate with management to support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent JD service by assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring team presentation reflects our brand.
- Boost sales performance by monitoring service metrics, leveraging in-store tools to showcase the full product range, and optimising product placement.
- Maintain strong visual and operational standards, including keeping the floor clean and well-organized to align with JD’s brand expectations.
- Assist with daily operational tasks, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring accurate till operations.
Requirements
You need:
- Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills to guide and support colleagues effectively on the shop floor.
- Exceptional attention to detail to uphold high standards in customer service, presentation, and store operations.
- A deep passion for retail, with keen product and trend awareness. You should embody and advocate for JD Group values.
