Supervisor
Retail Supervisor – Luxury Retail (Central London)
Anyah Hindmarch Luxury Retail is looking for an experienced Retail Supervisor to join a prestigious luxury retail business in Central London. If you have a passion for retail and a talent for driving sales while ensuring exceptional customer experiences, this could be the opportunity you’re seeking.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the daily operation of multiple retail locations. You’ll support management while maintaining operational excellence, fostering team development, and delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities
Sales & Performance
- Drive sales performance and support achievement of business targets
Customer Experience
- Deliver an exceptional customer journey and build lasting client relationships

Team Leadership
- Coach and motivate retail teams to maintain highest service standards
- Monitor team performance and identify training & development opportunities
Operations & Logistics
- Lead daily operational activities, including stock management and store readiness
- Manage stock deliveries, transfers, replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy
- Ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards and product presentation
Brand Representation & Special Projects
- Act as a brand ambassador and role model across all retail locations
- Support special retail projects, events, and activations
Requirements
- Previous retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment (essential)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and stock management abilities
- Proactive, positive, and hands-on approach required
- Passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
