Retail Supervisor – Luxury Retail (Central London)

Anyah Hindmarch Luxury Retail is looking for an experienced Retail Supervisor to join a prestigious luxury retail business in Central London. If you have a passion for retail and a talent for driving sales while ensuring exceptional customer experiences, this could be the opportunity you’re seeking.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the daily operation of multiple retail locations. You’ll support management while maintaining operational excellence, fostering team development, and delivering outstanding service.

Team Leadership

  • Coach and motivate retail teams to maintain highest service standards
  • Monitor team performance and identify training & development opportunities

Operations & Logistics

  • Lead daily operational activities, including stock management and store readiness
  • Manage stock deliveries, transfers, replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy
  • Ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards and product presentation

Brand Representation & Special Projects

  • Act as a brand ambassador and role model across all retail locations
  • Support special retail projects, events, and activations

Requirements

  • Previous retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment (essential)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and stock management abilities
  • Proactive, positive, and hands-on approach required
  • Passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
