Supervisor at KIKO Milano

As a Supervisor at KIKO Milano, you are a brand ambassador, people leader, and commercial driver. You partner closely with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences, achieve sales targets, and lead a high-performing, engaged team.

You play a pivotal role in translating KIKO’s brand vision into daily store excellence — coaching the team, driving KPIs, and taking full ownership of store performance in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about beauty, retail performance, and developing others.

Key Responsibilities

People Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead by example on the shop floor, setting the standard for customer experience, service, and brand representation
  • Coach, motivate, and inspire the team to consistently achieve individual and store performance goals
  • Develop team capability through on-the-job coaching in:
    • Product knowledge
    • Make-up application techniques
    • Customer engagement and selling skills
  • Support onboarding, training, and continuous development of new and existing team members
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with KIKO values
  • Act as a trusted leader and point of escalation in the Store Manager’s absence

Customer Experience Excellence

  • Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring every interaction reflects the KIKO Milano brand experience
  • Drive strong conversion, ATV, UPT and repeat customer behaviour through effective selling and service standards
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, resolving issues swiftly and professionally
  • Ensure Retail Excellence, product availability, and store presentation consistently meet brand standards

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
