About the Role
As a Supervisor, you’ll lead from the front, supporting and motivating the team while ensuring every guest gets the warm, lively Las Iguanas welcome. From running busy shifts, coaching team members, to maintaining high standards on the floor, you’ll play a key role in creating an atmosphere that is energetic, inclusive, and fun.

What You’ll Do as a Supervisor
Key responsibilities include:
- ✅ Open and securely close the restaurant in line with company standards
- ✅ Help prepare for service, working closely with Management Team to lead successful shifts
- ✅ Be the key point of contact for both Front and Back of House teams, building strong relationships
- ✅ Deliver outstanding service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile
