We are currently recruiting a Front of House Supervisor for our restaurant in Ealing Broadway.
We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional who can confidently oversee the front-of-house floor, deliver outstanding customer service, and lead our FOH team by example. Previous experience in the same or a similar supervisory position is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the smooth running of the front of house floor
- Ensuring exceptional guest experience at all times
- Leading, motivating, and supporting the FOH team
- Managing daily service standards and operational procedures
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
- Supporting rota planning and shift organisation

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Supervisor (or similar leadership role) in hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure in a busy restaurant environment
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
