Supervisor – Part Time
Position: Supervisor – Part Time (22 hours per week) Location: Croydon, supporting three additional stores in the surrounding area Salary: £16,500 + bonus potential of around £1,000 per year
Driving Licence: Preferred but not essential (local transport links are good)

We are recruiting for a Part-Time Supervisor to join a successful and expanding business with stores across the UK and Europe. The Role
As a Supervisor, you will:
- Lead by example to ensure the store delivers an outstanding customer experience daily.
- Support the day-to-day running of the Croydon base store, as well as providing backup and assistance across three additional local stores when required.

Working Hours:
- 22 hours per week, typically 3 days a week (between Monday and Sunday).
- Store opening hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and elevate customer service standards.
- Ensure consistent adherence to company and brand standards.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Support achievement of store and company KPIs.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Croydon store.
- Provide multi-store support across Croydon-area locations as needed.
- Lead by example to foster a positive, customer-focused store environment.

About You
We’re looking for:
- An enthusiastic, energetic individual with a passion for delivering great service.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, leisure, or a similar service-focused environment (preferred, but not essential).
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to make use of quieter trading periods.
- Comfortable providing multi-site support across the Croydon area.
- Full UK driving licence preferred, though flexibility is offered due to good local transport links.
