ARMANI EXCHANGE - STRATFORD - SUPERVISOR

Armani Exchange, a globally renowned fashion brand, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Supervisor at our prestigious Stratford location. Known for its contemporary designs, Armani Exchange represents a unique fusion of style and innovation. The Supervisor Role:

  • Increase the sales of their floor
  • Take part in training programs to enhance product competency, customer service, CRM, VM, sales technique, stock management, and provide feedback on their effectiveness to the manager
  • Participate in the daily morning brief, sharing sales experiences and achievements
  • Provide training to new hires, introducing them to Brand philosophy and collection
  • Observe and apply Company policies and procedures
  • Assists in the daily operations of the store
