About the Role
Hourly Rate: £13.56
As a Shop Supervisor at GO Outdoors, you’ll play a critical role in upholding our standards and ensuring our stores run smoothly. You’ll lead by example, guide your team, and embody our customer-focused values, making every shift count.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring standout team presentation across every shift.
- Drive sales performance by monitoring service levels, utilising retail systems, and ensuring customers get the best from our full product range.
- Maintain high visual and operational standards: keep the shop floor tidy, organised, and aligned with GO Outdoors expectations.
- Support daily operations: opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining accurate till operations as directed by management.

Skills & Experience Required
✅ Previous supervisory or team leader experience in retail or customer-facing roles ✅ Strong communication & leadership to guide and support colleagues effectively ✅ Attention to detail to meet high standards in service, presentation, and operations ✅ Passion for retail and the outdoors, with product knowledge to represent our brand
