The Role
The Operational Supervisor is responsible for managing equipment operations, ensuring efficiency, safety compliance, and team productivity. The supervisor ensures quality control, inventory management, and coordination with various departments to meet operational demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee key production areas such as our bond, warehouse, and production department.
- Ensure smooth, efficient workflows that meet tight schedules and uphold our 5-star quality standards.
- Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results every day.
- Maintain compliance with legislation, customer expectations, and company policies.
- Build strong relationships with clients and swiftly resolve any operational issues.
