Supervisor – Premium Samsung Concession at Selfridges, London
About the Role

Stellar Global is currently seeking an energetic, passionate Supervisor to join their team at the Premium Samsung concession in Selfridges, London.
This role offers:
- £31,500 annual salary + commission.
- Full-time contract, 40 hours per week (Mon-Sun, 5-day rotation).

Core Purpose
As a Supervisor, you will report directly to the Concession Manager and Assistant Manager. Your mission is threefold:
- Support the management team, ensuring operations align with Samsung’s innovative vision.
- Maintain an impeccable standard of customer service across the Premium Retail environment.
- Lead a team of Sales Specialists, generating an engaged, motivated workforce.
You will need to: ✔ Actively solve problems today, and different ones tomorrow – fostering adaptability under pressure. ✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Selfridges departments) to maintain service excellence. ✔ Embody leadership daily—minstery via humility, maturity, and consistency in action.
Key Accountabilities
1. Leading Exceptional Service and Teamwork
- Guarantee elevated customer service standards by overarching the vision across all frontline interactions.
- Manage Contemporary Retail Experience (CMEs), VIP visits, and B2B opportunities with constructive collaboration.
- Drive operational excellence in community projects (Events, Click&Collect, group promotions).

2. Strategic and Operational Efficiency
- Uphold data integrity and customer relationship systems, ensuring seamless transaction recording and record execution.
- Liaise with management and training teams to replicate consistent service deliverability across all sectors.
3. People Management & Growth
- Hire, train, develop and coach Sales Specialists.
- Conduct service observations and grooming opportunities to develop team frontline skillsets.
- Lead the trainer community, helping to form a positively diverse team that embodies curatorial experience.
