Supervisor
SUPERVISOR – TAUNTON STATION, STARBUCKS
Pay Rate: £13.61 per hour (+ an extra £1.50 for hours worked between midnight & 6:00am)
We have Part Time (25hrs) roles available. Hours: 5:00am to 10pm, working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank, and public holidays.

About The Supervisor Role
✔ Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations, solving problems on the fly. ✔ Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping energy high and fostering a positive atmosphere. ✔ Be the go-to professional for customer and team queries, ensuring stellar service. ✔ Results-driven, staying updated on unit performance and championing continuous improvement. ✔ Must have previous experience leading teams in high-stakes Hospitality or Retail.
