Supervisor – Part-Time (32-hour Contract) | Saltrock

About the Role

A fantastic opportunity to work within our Retail Team. You’ll collaborate with an energetic, passionate team, driving performance, enhancing customer engagement, and delivering an outstanding experience in-store.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support the Store Manager in achieving store KPIs and driving performance.
  • Motivate team members to deliver exceptional service, maximising sales opportunities.
  • Assist the Store Manager in training and development of staff.
  • Support sales targets by showcasing passion for the brand while processing transactions professionally.
  • Implement visual merchandising while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience with an inviting, welcoming in-store atmosphere.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping, ensuring a safe and healthy store environment.
  • Provide customers with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and stock availability.
  • Assist in markdown/price alterations within agreed timelines.
  • Keep product displays tidy and well-stocked.
  • Process deliveries in a timely manner.

Skills & Experience

  • A warm and friendly manner aligned with our brand culture.
  • A passion for selling and customer interaction.
  • Appreciation of the importance of strong visual merchandising.
  • Experience in Retail (preferred).
  • Experience in managing a small team (desirable but not essential).

What We Offer

  • Generous holiday entitlement: 33 days per year (including bank holidays) – pro-rata for part-time roles. After 5 years, an extra 2 days holiday.
  • Uniform allowance.
