Supervisor
Supervisor - Part-Time | Savers (Belast Fountain Centre)
Location & Hours
- Location: Belast Fountain Centre
- Hours: 12 hours per week (opportunity to work additional hours)
- Shift Pattern: Part-time, flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends (shift patterns discussed at interview)
Salary: £13.65 per hour

Responsibilities
Your work will involve:
- Operating effectively as part of a team, balancing high standards of customer service
- Ensuring a warm and engaging environment for both customers and colleagues
- Supports store operations through team leadership and coaching
- Contributing to the store’s wider goals, such as community events and promotions
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 1+ years of retail experience
- A passion for developing skills and fostering others’ growth
- An enthusiasm for the products Savers sells
- A commitment to putting people at the heart of everything
