This is a Maternity Cover until March 2027 The Supervisor Mission: You are a true brand ambassador leading by example and delivering 5 star customer experience through our experiential retail pillars. You are an advocate for our brand values and lead the team ensuring these are at the forefront of everything you do. How you'll drive success: Experiential Retail Inspire and empower your team to truly Host from the Heart - guiding them to radiate warmth, be fully present, take ownership of every interaction and bring intention to the smallest moments. Drive continuous elevation to our overall customer experience to ensure the customer is at the heart of all decisions, leading a centre of innovation and experimentation Be the expert in product knowledge to drive sales and inspire the team Use your creativity to set team challenges to create an engaging interactive experience in store Track and measure sales results throughout the day, being adaptable and flexible to stay on track Inspirational Team Management Partner with your Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to provide the support, mentorship, coaching and guidance that the team need to truly flourish and grow in their roles A clear and confident communicator, you’re comfortable with delivering feedback to your team at all levels in the moment Recognise and celebrate team achievements, and identify development opportunities in the team, feeding these observations back to your management team Cultivate an environment of open communication, collaboration, and mutual support Operational & Brand Loyalty Excellence Ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds company standards for cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising Effectively manage stock and work closely with the services team to ensure all policies and processes are followed to ensure a risk free environment Ensure the team are actively opting customers into our loyalty programme to build a loyal, regular customer base for the store What you'll need to thrive: A values champion and brand ambassador our values must resonate deeply with you You radiate positivity & enthusiasm and inspire the people around you This role is suitable for anyone with Supervisor experience in a store Ability to assist in developing and mentoring a high-performing team to create an environment fostered by learning, growth and development Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to anticipate and respond effectively to change You're always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have The Interview Process and Candidate Experience Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values Experience Task - you'll present an Experience Task of the store you're applying to and share this with your Area Manager and Store Manager in person In-Store Experience Interview - a chance for you to experience life as a Supervisor in an A&M store with our Head of Retail Feedback: We’re committed to creating the best candidate experience we can for you.
