Supervisor – Retail Team Leader
About the Role
We’re seeking a Supervisor to inspire and lead the sales team to surpass performance goals, deliver exceptional customer service, foster team development, and ensure seamless daily operations. This 40-hour contractual position requires flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and drive revenue.
- Ensure first-class customer service while maintaining peak sales performance.
- Foster a positive, professional, and engaging work environment aligned with company values.
- Champion colleague development with bespoke coaching, training initiatives, and KPI-driven mentorship.
- Demonstrate expertise in CT products, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Oversee operational tasks, including stock management, compliance adherence, and admin duties.
- Enforce company policies, health and safety, and security protocols.

Required Skills & Experience
✅ Essential:
- Previous experience in a retail Supervisor or Key Holder role.
- A passionate commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Proven ability to balance customer experience with sales targets.
✅ Desirable:
- Hands-on experience in stock reconciliation, operations, and visual merchandising.
- Skills in coaching KPI performance and staff training.
