Tucked away in the heart of Primrose Hill, The Lansdowne is a much-loved neighbourhood pub with a big personality. Known for its warm welcome, rustic charm, and Mediterranean-inspired menu, it is a true local institution where great food, great drinks, and great company come together in a relaxed, stylish setting. Adding to the buzz is The Vinyl Room, our incredibly popular private karaoke room that brings a unique layer of energy and dynamism to the venue.
About The Role

This is a great opportunity for individuals who are committed to developing their careers within the hospitality sector. This role is intended to support professional growth, enhance leadership skills, and provide a solid foundation for progression into future management positions.
Joining the team as a Supervisor, you’ll ensure every shift goes like clockwork. That involves enabling your team to deliver the best possible service and confidently deal with any issues that arise. You’ll also get to know busy times, ensure we’re ready for them, and organise rotas accordingly. We think of ourselves as a close-knit team, and you’ll help to ensure that everyone feels supported and confident in their roles. We’ll support you with a place on our Supervisor Development Programme, mentored by the wider team to ensure you feel part of our big family.

£13 - £15.14 / Hour
The lower figure is the hourly salary and the higher figure is the average hourly income across a year including tronc distribution for the role advertised.
