👊 Your Role: Lead with Energy & Excellence

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll:

  • Own your shift – Lead a team to deliver outstanding food quality, speed of service, and guest experience
  • Support management – Drive performance goals and hit targets
  • Start strong: Lead pre-shift briefings to keep teams aligned, focused, and energised
  • Set the tone – Model high standards and lead from the front
  • Foster fun & inclusion – Create a vibrant, welcoming environment for staff and guests
  • Develop your team – Coach and mentor to build future leaders
  • Ensure compliance – Maintain HACCP (food safety), health & safety, and company standards
  • Optimise performance – Take ownership of labour efficiency, flow, and service quality
  • Keep the energy high – Ensure smooth operations, popsign service, and a lively workplace culture

We’re looking for positive, hands-on leaders with:

  • QSR/fast-casual experience (past roles as Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager preferred)
  • Lead-from-the-front attitude – Rolls up sleeves and backs up the team
