About the Role
As a Supervisor, you’ll be the strong right-hand person to your Store Manager, empowered to run the unit with confidence. Your primary responsibility is to lead your team with enthusiasm, uphold Burger King’s unmatched flame-grilled menus, and deliver exceptional customer service, reshaping the UK’s motorway services experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead your team to meet brand standards and deliver outstanding customer service
- Maximise profits through sales growth and cost control
- Handle stock counts and orders
- Partner with the Store Manager to set and achieve unit targets
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members, identifying training needs
- Own customer feedback, responding promptly and meaningfully
- Assist the team with food preparation and refreshments
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in team leadership or supervision (highly desirable)
- A passion for delivering memorable customer experiences
- Strong communication skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly
- Independence and resilience under pressure
