Supervisor - Burger King

Supervisor

£27,700 per annum, 40 hours per week

Location: Birch Services, M62 between Junction 18 and 19, Heywood OL10 2QH

As a supervisor you will act as the strong right arm to your store manager, empowered to effectively run the unit. Your role involves serving as an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador, delivering Burger King’s iconic flame-grilled menu alongside exceptional customer service to redefine the UK’s rest stop experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading high-performing teams to achieve and maintain excellent brand standards and customer service
  • Maximising profit through driving sales and controlling costs
  • Processing stock counts and orders
  • Partnering with the Store Manager to set targets for team performance
  • Coaching and mentoring team members
  • Identifying and addressing training needs
  • Responding to customer feedback in a timely and effective manner
  • Supporting the team with food and refreshment preparation

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Previous experience in leading or supervising a team (highly desirable)
  • Dedication to delivering a memorable customer experience
  • Strong communication skills and comfort in making decisions
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and make reasonable decisions under pressure
