Supervisor - Burger King
Supervisor (Team Leader) – £27,700 per annum, 40 hours per week
Location: Birch Services, M62 between Junction 18 and 19, Heywood, OL10 2QH
As a supervisor, you’ll be the key support to your Store Manager, empowered to manage the unit effectively, offering exceptional customer service and delivering Burger King’s flame-grilled menu while transforming the rest stop experience.

You’ll embody leadership, brand advocacy, and operational excellence ensuring Burger King’s reputation thrives in a bustling motorway services environment. Responsibilities involve leading teams, optimising sales, controlling costs, and cultivating a positive culture – with the potential next step being a management role.

Responsibilities
- Lead teams to uphold brand standards and exceptional customer service
- Drive profitability by maximising revenue and controlling costs
- Manage stock counts and process orders
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to set and meet targets
- Provide coaching, feedback, and identify training needs
- Respond promptly to customer feedback and address concerns
- Support team members in food and refreshment service preparation

Requirements
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience (desirable)
- Passion for customer service excellence
- Strong communication skills and decision-making under pressure
- Ability to work independently and take reasoned action
- Must be able to access the motorway site by personal transport (no public transport available)
