As a supervisor at Chow, you will play a pivotal role as the right-hand partner to your store manager, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional service, and brand excellence. - Ensure timely, appropriate responses
- Operational support:
- Help the team with food preparation and refreshments
What You’ll Bring
- Desired:
- Previous experience in leading, supervising, or managing teams
- Essential: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Key skills:
- Great communication and decision-making abilities
- Self-motivated; comfortable operating independently and under pressure
- Between drives:
- Sites may have no or limited public transport access.
