We are seeking a dynamic Title Services Supervisor to join our team.

The Title Services Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising the daily operations of the Title Services team, ensuring high levels of productivity, quality, and employee engagement. This role oversees a team of 5–20 associates, driving performance through coaching, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. The Supervisor plays a critical role in developing talent, improving operational efficiency, and supporting organizational goals.

How You’ll Shine

  • Team Leadership & Development

    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Title Services associates to achieve performance and quality targets.
    • Provide ongoing feedback, mentoring, and structured development plans to enhance performance.
    • Reinforce training initiatives to ensure consistent application of processes and procedures.
    • Foster a positive, engaged work environment that promotes accountability and collaboration.
  • Performance & Operations Management

    • Monitor KPIs and productivity metrics to assess team effectiveness.
    • Conduct monthly and annual performance evaluations.
    • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
    • Manage escalated issues and ensure timely, professional resolution.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
    • Lead testing initiatives, create structured test cases, and ensure team readiness.

  • Process Improvement & Strategy

    • Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
    • Use data and analytical insights to drive continuous improvement.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and support business needs.
  • Communication & Engagement

    • Lead team meetings to communicate updates, priorities, and organizational changes.
    • Maintain clear communication with leadership and peers regarding associates and operations.
    • Recognize and celebrate team achievements to promote engagement and morale.
  • Talent Acquisition & Training

    • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and selection of new team members.
    • Support onboarding and training of new hires.
    • Contribute to ongoing training and development programs.

  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a focus on employee development.
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data and drive results.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including group presentations.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
