Shift Supervisor – Popeyes UK&I

👊 What You’ll Do Here
- Lead your shift and drive our team to deliver outstanding food quality, smooth service, and exceptional guest experiences
- Support management by hitting performance goals and driving operational success
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to keep your team aligned, focused, and energised
- Set the gold standard—maintain high standards and lead by example
- Create a fun, inclusive team culture that guests and staff enjoy
- Coach, train, and develop team members, nurturing future leaders
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and company standards
- Own your shift’s performance, including labour efficiency, flow, and service standards
- Keep energy high, ensure seamless service, and make the culture truly popping’

- Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a high-pressure environment (QSR or fast casual dining preferred)
- A hands-on, lead-from-the-front mindset—you roll up your sleeves and support your team at every turn
- Passion for people—you know that great results start with a great team
- Strong grasp of standards, compliance, and food safety
- Sharp communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Clarity under pressure—you stay calm, organized, and focused in a fast-paced setting
