Supervisor Vacancy – Frasers Belfast Store
FRASERS is a department store group with locations across the UK and Ireland, proudly representing one of the best-known names on the high street. With over 170 years of heritage and a portfolio of 500+ global brands, we are now entering an exciting new chapter as Frasers and are seeking dynamic candidates to join our team.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Supervisor to join our Belfast store, playing a key role in its continued success.
Job Description
Your role will involve leading a team of Sales Advisors, ensuring commercial excellence, and contributing to the store’s long-term growth. Reporting to the Store Manager, your responsibilities will span floor operations, stock management, team development, and performance-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Expertise
- Support in driving the commercial success of the store and contributing to departmental goals
- Identify key performance opportunities and align them with current trends and strategies
- Collaborate with the store leadership team to implement strategic plans and achieve KPIs
- Analyse data and performance indicators to make informed commercial decisions
Team Leadership & Management
- Oversee team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and motivation
- Lead and inspire your team, fostering positive engagement and aligning efforts with metric-driven targets
- Work closely with the Store Management team to ensure adherence to deadlines and objectives
- Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrate exemplary communication skills, engaging effectively across all organisational levels

Development
- Support the team’s personal and professional growth through training and mentorship
- Seek opportunities to enhance your own skills and career progression
- Train, coach, and upskill the sales team to maximise potential within the business
Operational Efficiencies
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company policies
- Use business tools to drove task completion and ensure team understanding of key functions
- Support the Store Manager in aligning operational priorities with business objectives
Controls & Compliance
- Monitor store-level KPIs, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Ensure weekly wage controls are met and resolve issues swiftly
- Demonstrate resilience in challenging situations, delivering quick, effective solutions
- Manage stock movement, conduct audits, and maintain visual standards in line with company guidelines
About You

Requirements
- Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in premium/luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory/management role
- Proven ability to support, motivate, and guide teams in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong record of achieving sales targets and delivering measurable results
- Deep product knowledge (brands, trends, fabric expertise)
- Understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention
- Excellent written and verbal communication, promoting positive workplace relationships
