Supervisor - Belfast Store (Permanent)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Supervisor to play a key role in the continued success of our Belfast store.


Job Description

At FRASERS, every day brings something different: coordinating floor walks for UK luxury brands, collaborating with head office on stock management, or delivering training sessions to enhance team product knowledge. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll oversee a team of Sales Advisors, driving commercial success and contributing to company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Expertise

  • Support in driving commercial success and achieving store performance goals
  • Identify key opportunities to enhance performance based on current trends
  • Assist in implementing strategic plans to meet departmental objectives
  • Analyse data and KPIs to make commercial decisions that boost sales

Team Leadership & Management

  • Oversee team and department performance, ensuring accountability
  • Lead, inspire, and coach your team with guidance and support
  • Work closely with Store Management to meet targets and deadlines
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels

Development & Training

  • Support team progression through coaching and upskilling programmes
  • Seek personal development opportunities and train team members for future roles

Operational Efficiencies

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and policy compliance
  • Use business tools to track tasks and ensure team alignment
  • Contribute to retain priorities to meet business objectives

Controls & Performance

  • Monitor store KPIs, including sales targets, incentives, customer satisfaction, and efficiency
  • Ensure weekly wage controls are properly managed and resolved quickly
  • Handle operational challenges resiliently with effective decision-making
  • Manage stock movement, conduct accurate audits, and maintain visual merchandising standards

About You

We’re looking for a motivated and adaptable retail professional who:

  • Maintains a calm and composed approach under pressure
  • Acts as a proactive problem-solver, prioritising customer and operational needs
  • Represents FRASERS with professionalism and discretion
  • Communicates confidently with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders

Essential Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in premium or luxury fashion retail (supervisory/management preferred)
  • Proven ability to mentor and motivate a team in a retail setting
  • Strong track record in achieving sales targets
  • Good product knowledge of brands, fashion trends, and materials
  • Understanding of merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
