Position Summary
To oversee day to day warehouse operations, providing support to team leaders to monitor the productivity of staff and warehouse efficiency. Managing and training the warehouse team in all areas of warehousing.

Responsibilities
Oversee receiving, warehousing, and dispatch operations (raw materials & finished goods) Devising targets and deadlines in line with company & customer expectations Compiling shift schedules, managing sickness & holiday requests and arranging cover when needed. Planning workloads, allocating tasks and monitoring progress against targets Briefing teams on new initiatives, target changes and company updates Training/coaching staff to help them achieve their professional goals Ensuring that company standards are upheld Support export distribution as/when needed Monitor raw material stocks in multiple locations Manage cycle counting activities across two sites Taking a lead role in SAP processing in all warehouse related activities Use real time data to increase stock/pick accuracy and lower labour costs Conducting performance reviews Maintaining safety standards, conducting risk assessments, assist HSE in ensuring staff have adequate first aid and fire training Reporting & communication daily performance against company KPI’s Any other duties commensurate with the position as and when required
