Rituals Expert – In-Store Management Role
As a Rituals Expert, you’re part of our in-store management team and a master of the Rituals feel-good experience. With deep product expertise, you embody the brand and act as a strong brand ambassador.
Your role involves listening to customer needs while acting as both a mentor to Rituals Advisors and a trusted department lead in support of sales growth. With vision to progress in luxury retail and cosmetics, this opportunity is for a dynamic leader who wants to develop their professional skill set and oversee a team.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Rituals Advisors to achieve personal and store goals.
- Provide an optimal customer experience through authentic product knowledge and personalised engagement.
- Mentor and support Rituals Advisors to foster a cohesive, energised team.
- Drive performance targets, implementing sales strategies and merchandising best practices.
- Champion the Rituals brand—passionately sharing its values with both colleagues and customers.

Requirements
- Essential:
- Prior supervisory or Team Leader experience within retail or hospitality.
- A customer-service mentality and collaborative work ethic—believing in team success.
- Proven decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- High energy, low ego, enthusiasm for the brand, and the confidence to mentor and inspire.
- Organised mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to structure workflows.
