Join Community

Community Health Network was created by our neighbors, for our neighbors. Over 60 years later, “community” is still the heart of our organization. It means providing our neighbors with the best care possible, backed by state-of-the-art technology. It means getting involved in the communities we serve through volunteer opportunities and benefits initiatives. It means ensuring our dedicated caregivers can learn and grow to stay at the top of their fields and to better serve our patients. And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered — and we couldn’t do it without you.

Make a Difference

The Supervisor Environmental Services oversees daily shift operations to ensure a clean, safe, and compliant hospital environment while serving as a hands-on leader who coaches, mentors, and supports staff performance. This role manages staffing and work assignments to maintain coverage and quality outcomes, enforces sanitation, safety, and infection prevention standards across hospital areas, and responds promptly to service needs by effectively deploying team members. In collaboration with others, the supervisor demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, while participating in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development to maintain competencies across EVS Partner and Floor Tech functions. Responsibilities also include supporting quality improvement initiatives, departmental goals, policies, and operational planning, handling regulated waste as assigned, and delivering professional, timely service recovery to ensure high standards of patient and organizational satisfaction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
