We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Supervisor to assist the management and team in daily operations. You’ll support your team, and make sure every customer walks away with a smile.
🎯 What You'll Be Doing:
- 📊 Running daily operations
- 👥 Training, and inspiring your team
- 🥇 Ensuring top-notch customer service every time
- 🍴 Upholding our food safety and quality standards
- 💡 Driving sales and hitting KPIs
- 🛠️ Troubleshooting issues and keeping everything running smoothly
- 🥑 Managing stock, wastage and deliveries
- 🙌 Creating a positive, fun, and focused work environment
