Supervisor – Glasgow Airport Accessorize Store

Accessorize is an exciting and ethical fashion brand, dedicated to offering accessories that enable everyone to express themselves and feel confident in everyday wear. Born in the 1980s, our first store opened in Covent Garden. Accessorize now has stores across the UK, Republic of Ireland, and International Markets.

We work on a set of core principles that combine values, ethics, and impact. We’re pleased to offer an opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join our Glasgow Airport Accessorize Store on a full-time basis.

About the Role

This position is based at Glasgow Airport; therefore, all applicants must be 18+, able to work a variety of shifts across our airport trading hours (3.45 AM to 8 PM). Note: Hours may shift based on flight schedules. An additional unsocial hours premium is available for shifts between midnight and 6 AM.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Successfully completing a basic background check (CRC).
  • Providing a detailed education/employment history spanning the last 5 years before commencing employment.

Customer Experience

  • Demonstrate a focus on customers: delivering tailored service, inspiring your team to uphold the brand’s exceptional status consistently.
  • Act as a true brand ambassador, ensuring the store reflects our core values through stellar customer service.
  • Foster relationships to exceed profit goals by driving sales performance and meeting KPIs.

Team Leadership

  • Guide team members effectively while ensuring motivation, knowledge, and performance excellence.
  • Support the management team in identifying and maximising commercial opportunities, adhering to Visual Merchandising and Window Guidelines.

Brand Development

  • Promote and deliver accessory piercing services to our customers with the team.
  • Be flexible, supporting collaterals stores and team members to deliver on strategic goals.
