Role Overview
Hourly Rate: £13.06
As a Supervisor at JD Sports, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a smooth, high-quality shop floor experience. Your focus will be on guiding colleagues, upholding customer service excellence, and ensuring operational standards are met.
You’ll directly support Store Management with daily tasks to keep our teams and stores running at their best.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional JD service:
- Support customers, resolve queries, and maintain team presentation aligned with brand standards.
- Drive sales performance:
- Monitor service levels, leverage in-store devices to showcase the full product range, and assist with effective product placement.
- Maintain high visual and operational standards:
- Keep the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with JD’s aesthetic and service expectations.
- Support daily operational tasks:
- Oversee opening/closing procedures, cashing up, and ensure accurate till operations.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills to confidently guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
- Exceptional attention to detail for maintaining high standards in service, presentation, and operations.
- A passion for retail, with product and trend awareness. Alignment with JD Group values is essential.
