Supervisor

Supervisor - The Coach & Horses

About the Role

The Coach & Horses pub is located right in the heart of Greenwich’s bustling market, close to iconic landmarks such as the Cutty Sark, National Maritime Museum, Royal Observatory, and Greenwich Park. Serving a vibrant mix of tourists, market traders, and locals, we’re proud of our historic roots and invite you to join a team that thrives on a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

Our team brings the best of hospitality, offering customers a classic pub experience with a great pint and traditional British seasonal pub food. Famous for Scotch eggs and sausage rolls that change with the seasons (think pork, chilli & fennel or smoked salmon), we provide delicious bites for anyone taking a break.

We create a warm and dynamic work environment where passion for pub life is encouraged. If you have other interests, we’re happy to support that too—just bring enthusiasm, team spirit, and a willingness to help out.

Did you know?

  • Staff never pay for meals while working
  • Birthdays off
  • 20% discount on all food and drinks at Youngs Pubs

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
