About the Role

As a Supervisor, you will act as an inspirational figure, guiding your team to achieve outstanding sales performance while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, assist, and motivate team members to meet individual and location performance targets, KPIs, and commercial objectives.
  • Support the management team in implementing action plans to achieve short- and long-term goals.
  • Coach, develop, and train team members to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Foster a customer-centric mindset to build and retain a loyal customer base.
  • Ensure all available tools and processes are used effectively while adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain awareness of competitors, local markets, and market trends, sharing insights with the Area Manager and retail team.
  • Promote the latest collections and maintain their visibility.

Your Profile

  • Previous experience in a management role within the fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry.
  • A passionate leader who thrives on motivating, supervising, and developing teams.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet business needs.
  • Strong commercial acumen and deep brand awareness.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and growth.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for all levels.
  • Proven experience in networking and relationship-building.
