About the Role
As a Supervisor, you will act as an inspirational figure, guiding your team to achieve outstanding sales performance while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, assist, and motivate team members to meet individual and location performance targets, KPIs, and commercial objectives.
- Support the management team in implementing action plans to achieve short- and long-term goals.
- Coach, develop, and train team members to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
- Foster a customer-centric mindset to build and retain a loyal customer base.
- Ensure all available tools and processes are used effectively while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain awareness of competitors, local markets, and market trends, sharing insights with the Area Manager and retail team.
- Promote the latest collections and maintain their visibility.

Your Profile
- Previous experience in a management role within the fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry.
- A passionate leader who thrives on motivating, supervising, and developing teams.
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet business needs.
- Strong commercial acumen and deep brand awareness.
- Commitment to continuous learning and growth.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for all levels.
- Proven experience in networking and relationship-building.
