Job responsibilities
Sales and Service Ambassador
- Provide the link between the team and Manager in terms of commercial feedback, Visual Merchandising and team performance
- Be present on the shop floor to support and motivate the team
- Manage the Boutique or department zoning with a clear daily strategy ensuring the clients are welcomed and approached in line with D signature ceremony
- Drive cross-selling and add on sales to achieve maximum sales potential in line with all Dior universes
- Deal effectively with customer complaints as a first point of call for your team

Team Support And Development
- Lead by example, mentor and support team development through sharing sales techniques to help colleagues achieve their targets via upselling and cross selling
- Support with developing and mentoring the team, reviewing individual performance and proposing development plans with measurable KPI, coaching and qualitative feedback
- Conduct training sessions with the team on product, collections and styling
Product And Operations
- To demonstrate product knowledge in all categories and to have an awareness of current campaigns, new launches and promotions
- Oversee the Visual Merchandising of your department, optimizing commerciality at all opportunities
- Produce commercial action plans for slow moving stock to maximize seasonal sell through and reduction of zero sellers
- Ensure the management of stock and cycle counts for your department are prepared and actioned as per cycle count calendar and investigations are completed within
- Support the management of back-office operations, CARE and till operations

Other
- To maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards within the store
- To ensure that the Department operates in accordance with the Company administration systems and procedures to minimize losses
- To carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team
Profile
- Previous experience at Supervisor level within luxury fashion
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- An existing client book (preferred)
- A passion for Christian Dior and our collections
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends
- Fluency in a second language (preferred)
Additional information
Must be available to work Full-Time (40 hours per week), with Monday-Sunday flexibility.
