WHO WE ARE:
The Foundrae Collection is more than jewelry. The pieces are modern heirlooms, ones that allow the wearer to express something of themself to the world. The Foundrae collection is intended to become part of the wearer, a second skin, to be an expression of identity and of personal values.
The collection is founded on a lexicon of archetypal, mythological and classical symbols with the intention of inspiring the wearer to take the wisdom passed down through generations and apply that to one’s own life. Foundrae is a reminder, one we wear against our hearts or on our hands, of our capacity for change and growth. When you wear one of these pieces, you are announcing to yourself and to the world that everything you want and everything you want to be is already inside you - all you have to do is claim it.
POSITION SCOPE:
The Concession Supervisor at Liberty is a critical dual-impact role designed for a high-performing retail professional on an accelerated leadership track. Operating as a team leader and commercial driver, you will lead by example on the floor, consistently delivering against your own individual sales targets and KPIs while actively guiding the day-to-day operations of the concession.
Serving as the Area Director's trusted strategic liaison and on-the-ground extension at Liberty, you will hold autonomous responsibility for the daily running of the team and store environment. This role requires an individual who can balance high-end personal sales with real-time, in-the-moment coaching and feedback to team members. The ideal candidate will possess a junior Assistant Store Manager mindset, with the long-term vision and drive to be intentionally groomed into the Assistant Concessions Manager role as their next career progression.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
SALES LEADERSHIP & KPI EXCELLENCE (LEAD BY EXAMPLE)
- Commercial Driver: Maintain an exceptional personal track record of driving high-value ticket sales, serving as a primary brand ambassador and modeling elevated luxury selling behaviors.
- Commission & Target Focus: Meet and exceed personal sales targets and team KPIs, fostering a high performance environment across the floor.
- Advanced Clienteling: Act as a systems expert in CRM and clienteling platforms (e.g., Endear) to build deep client biographies, map out the lifetime journey of high-net-worth individuals, and cultivate long-term brand loyalty.
- Department Relations: Build and maintain seamless operational and sales-driven relationships with the Liberty department store floor management and staff.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
