As a Logistics Supervisor, You Will

  • Oversee the efficient distribution of goods
  • Ensure the shipments are prepared, documented and delivered on time, within budget, and in line with customer expectations and quality standards.

As Logistics Supervisor, You Must Be Able To

  • Coordinate customer shipments and transportation activities from preparation through delivery.
  • Ensure on-time delivery performance while maintaining cost control and service quality.
  • Manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics partners.
  • Monitor logistics KPIs, identify issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate shipping documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Communicate shipment progress with internal teams and customers as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements, including ERP and logistics workflow enhancements.

We value transferable skills, different career paths and learning agility. Experience gained through non-traditional routes is welcome.

What Makes You An Asset To Our Team

  • Your strong knowledge of import/export transport regulations, freight rules, Incoterms, and CPC codes.
  • Your experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Your experience with process improvement, ERP systems, and SOPs.
  • Your advanced Excel skills and proficiency with standard office tools.
  • Your experience in working with third-party logistics or service providers.
  • Your strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Your experience in transporting lithium batteries is an asset.
  • You carry an IATA and/or CDGP certification.
  • Your experience with ISO9001 and/or ISO14001.
