As a Supervisor, you’ll inspire your team to excellence, bridge the gap between runway trends and customers, and create unforgettable shopping experiences.


Your Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you’ll be the driving force in delivering outstanding customer service while leading your team to meet targets and exceed KPIs. Your key duties include:

  • Ensure team performance by supervising, guiding, and motivating sales floor members to achieve individual and location targets
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute action plans for short- and long-term growth
  • Train and coach teams in product knowledge, selling techniques, and brand excellence
  • Embed a customer-centric mindset, fostering loyalty and repeat visits
  • Uphold brand standards, ensuring policies and procedures are followed consistently
  • Stay ahead of competitors and market trends, reporting insights to the Area Manager and retail team

Your Profile: What We’re Looking For

  • Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels
