We are working with a premium, fast-growing jewellery brand to recruit a Supervisor to support the leadership of a high-performing retail team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about delivering an elevated customer experience within a brand-led environment.

This role will see you fully immersed in the customer journey, supporting the Store Manager in driving performance, leading a small team of 3 direct reports, and maintaining exceptional standards across the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Shop Floor:

  • Deliver an authentic, elevated customer experience, offering styling advice and product knowledge
  • Lead the end-to-end customer journey from initial interaction through to purchase
  • Take ownership of the shop floor, ensuring a premium and engaging environment at all times
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
  • Handle customer queries and complaints confidently and professionally
  • Support seamless integration of in-store technology to enhance experience

Team & Operations:

  • Support the day-to-day running of the store, acting as a key support to senior leadership
  • Lead, coach and motivate a small team to achieve sales targets
  • Assist with onboarding, training and development of team members
  • Support recruitment and team growth where required
  • Ensure high standards across stock control, deliveries and store operations
  • Take responsibility for opening/closing procedures as a key holder
  • Maintain organisation across both front and back of house

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience in a Supervisor or senior sales role within retail
  • Experience working in a premium or customer-focused environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail systems

You will be a hands-on, proactive leader on the shop floor, creating a welcoming and engaging environment for customers while supporting the team to deliver strong commercial results. You will play a key role in maintaining brand standards and contributing to the overall success of the store.
