Supervisor – Manchester Airport Terminal 2 Store (Full-Time)

About the Role

Accessorize is an exciting and ethical fashion brand, dedicated to offering accessories that allow everyone to express themselves confidently. Founded in the 80s with its first store in London’s Covent Garden, Accessorize now has locations across the UK, Republic of Ireland, and international markets.

We thrive on our values-driven culture, where ethics and operations go hand in hand. We’re seeking an experienced Supervisor for our Manchester Airport Terminal 2 store to embody our customer-centric ethos, ensuring a memorable shopping experience while driving commercial success.

This ** Airport-based role** requires the ability to work varied shifts between 3am and 11pm, including weekends and public holidays. All applicants must be 18+, willing to complete a DBS (CRB) check, and provide a 5-year employment/education history.


Key Responsibilities

Customer-First Leadership

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, tailoring interactions to meet individual needs and driving a positive shopping experience at every touchpoint.
  • Train and mentor team members to reinforce Accessorize’s standards of politeness, efficiency, and personalised service.
  • Act as the face of the brand—embodying passion for Accessorize’s Carolina Herrera/high-quality accessories while reflecting our commitment to ethical practices.

Team Development & Performance

  • Lead by example, fostering a motivated, knowledgeable, and collaborative team that consistently exceeds KPIs and service goals.
  • Enhance store performance through proactive merchandising, adhering to Visual Merchandising and Window Guidelines, and exploiting commercial opportunities (e.g., seasonal campaigns).

Brand & Store Support

  • Ensure a piquancy-providing service (paid piercing services offered in-store) is communicated clearly to both staff and customers.
  • Promote equity and inclusivity in-store, creating an environment where all employees and shoppers feel respected.
  • Provide flexible support to other stores/departments when needed to nurture cross-team collaboration.

Essential Requirements

Experience & Skills

✔ Prior experience in Supervisory/Key-Hold Level within retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles. ✔ Exceptional customer-service track record with a focus on retail or luxury eras (experience with accessories, jewellery, or performance brands preferred). ✔ Ability to manage shift variations, including late-night operations in a busy terminal environment.
