About the Role As a Supervisor, you’ll inspire and lead a team on the sales floor, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving key performance targets. Supporting Fashion’s Evolution®, you’ll be one of the first to bring our cutting-edge collections from runway to customer, setting the standard for premium retail experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Sales Execution

    • Supervise, assist, and motivate team members to meet individual and location performance targets, KPIs, and sales quotas.
    • Guide the team to embody HUGO BOSS’ commitment to high-quality customer service and brand distinctions.
  • Management & Strategy

    • Collaborate with the management team to devise and implement action plans addressing both short and long-term objectives.
    • Identify market trends, competitor insights, and local opportunities, then share findings with the Area Manager and retail team.
  • Performance & Development

    • Coach, develop, and train team members to refine product knowledge, selling techniques, and retail excellence.
    • Foster a customer-centric culture, cultivating a loyal and repeat customer base through exceptional service.

  • Process & Compliance

    • Ensure adherence to retail procedures, policies, and the use of all available tools (social media, POS systems, etc.).
    • Creatively adapt tools and processes to meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Market Context

    • Stay informed about local trends and competitive positioning, proactively adjusting strategies to stay ahead in the premium segment.

Your Profile

This exciting role is ideal for somebody with:

  • Relevant Experience:

    • Proven track record in sales, retail, or customer service leadership within luxury fashion or lifestyle environments.
    • Previous supervisory or managerial experience in retail, preferably in a peer-driven or fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership & Team Dynamics:

    • Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members through open communication and mentorship.
    • Experience leading through influence, coaching underperformance, and recognizing exemplary contributions.
  • Commercial Acumen:

    • Deep knowledge of the HUGO BOSS brand and the demands of the premium market.
    • Flair for identifying sales opportunities, market gaps, or operational efficiencies.
  • Adaptability & Learning:

    • Proactive attitude to continuous improvement, with a growth mindset and willingness to up-skill.
  • Soft Skills:

    • Outstanding communication (both written and verbal) across all levels of the organisation.
    • Natural aptitude for building relationships, networking, and networking intuitively both on-premise and with clients.
