Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a passionate and driven Supervisor to join a growing fashion retailer in Hereford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Supervisor, Team Leader, Key Holder, or Department Manager looking to progress their retail career with a business that continues to grow and invest in its people.

The Role
As Supervisor, you'll support the Store Manager in delivering a commercially successful store. You'll lead by example on the shop floor, coach your team, drive sales and ensure outstanding customer service and visual merchandising standards are maintained every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
- Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver excellent results
- Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Support stock management and operational excellence
- Ensure company standards, policies and health & safety procedures are followed
