Team Leadership & Management
- Lead a small instore team in a specialist department.
- Set and deliver a world-class customer experience—be the role model and empower your team to achieve consistency.
- Foster an engaging, supportive work environment through timely feedback and recognition of successes.

Visual Merchandising
- Uphold brand standards with meticulous attention to store presentation.
- Ensure visual merchandising reflects the Sports Direct aesthetic and values.

Sales & Performance Driven Excellence
- Be pivotal in exceeding sales targets and driving store-wide efficiency.
- Align teams with best-practice retail operations, prioritising commercial impact and brand knowledge.

Requirements
Your Profile
- Recent experience as a retail Supervisor or team leader.
- Passion for retail and fostering strong team cultures—both must drive your daily performance.
- Confidence in leadership: Ability to motivate and challenge your team to exceed their potential.
- Attention to detail in operations, customer service, and brand standards.
- Clear, adaptable communication at all organisational levels—from colleagues to senior stakeholders.
- A hunger for continuous improvement—never settling for mediocrity.
- Alignment with Sports Direct values and commitment to promoting our company’s culture internally and externally.

Operational Expectations
- Working Hours: Must be prepared to work 4 days a week, escalating to 5 days during peak periods (Back to School, Christmas, etc.). Flexibility is non-negotiable to support business growth.
