What You Will Do
As a Supervisor, you’ll act as an inspirational role model, guiding our team to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Supervise, assist, and motivate team members on the sales floor to meet individual and store performance targets
- Support the management team in implementing action plans for both short- and long-term goals
- Coach, develop, and train team members to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Foster a customer-centric mindset to build a loyal customer base
- Ensure all tools are utilised effectively and procedures are followed while policies comply
- Stay informed about competitors and local market trends, sharing insights with your Area Manager and retail team for strategic growth

What You Will Bring
Ideal candidates possess:
- Previous experience in a similar management/supervisory role within fashion or lifestyle retail
- A strong passion for leading, motivating, and training teams through active supervision
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet business demands
- Strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge of the HUGO BOSS brand
- A mindset to constantly learn and develop
- Versatile communication skills (written and verbal) for all-level interactions
- Practical experience in networking and relationship-building
