Supervisor Overview
The Supervisor’s main responsibility is to assist the management team to maximise sales and profitability while supporting and retaining a high-performing team.
About You
You will need to:
- Deliver a "customer first" experience, demonstrating leadership to coach and motivate your team
- Understand and analyse commercial reports to drive business opportunities
- Identify key performance behaviours and competencies within the team
- Have strong communication skills
- Be excellent at prioritising and organising
- Value honesty and integrity in working relationships
- Be flexible to meet rapidly changing priorities and deadlines
- Be able to delegate tasks and follow up effectively to ensure completion

Role Responsibilities
Your key duties include:
- Supporting the team to ensure a "customer first" experience is delivered consistently
- Exceeding sales targets and the company acquisition target for N.dulge
- Ensuring stock file accuracy by adhering to all stock handling policies and minimising stock loss
- Keeping the team updated on sales targets, ATV (Average Transaction Value), AUS (Average Units Sold), and conversion targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Communicating clearly with all internal and external business partners to drive opportunities
- Identifying innovative opportunities to maximise business growth
- Analysing business reports to review weekly, monthly, and yearly performance
- Supporting the store recruitment process, while retaining diverse teams that embody the "customer first" experience
- Creating an inclusive, welcoming, and approachable environment for employees to thrive
- Delivering confident feedback and escalating performance issues to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager
- Coaching and developing the team to help them achieve their full potential
- Ensuring the store meets Company policies and procedures
